Rental Rates

Payment is accepted in US Dollars.  Payment methods include: check, bank wire transfer, or credit card.  A 3% fee for credit card transactions will apply.  Rates include all taxes.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

• Rates from $900 per night.
• Rates from $6300 per week.

Special Rates & Discounts:  Monthly Rates are welcome and negotiable

Deposit:  50% of the gross rental fee required to hold reservation.  Full & final payment (including a $500 damage deposit) is due 30 days prior to guest’s scheduled time of arrival.

Damage Deposit:  A damage deposit of $500 is required and to be paid with final payment.  Damage deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure providing there is no breakage, damage to property, or missing items.
